On a sunny day in November, plucked tea shoots are immediately brought over to the factory. After just a few hours withering, the enzymes within the leaves are denatured to prevent further oxidation of the tea. This is followed by a gradual bruising of the leaves, after which the leaves are dried in a chain dryer. Frost White tea is a result of meticulous sorting of the dried leaves, where the large leaves are selectively handpicked to achieve an exceptionally smooth, soft and sweet tasting brew.
